Thanks for visiting my site. I'm Peter, and I've been running my photography business since 2016. I have a beautiful and supportive wife called Christina, and two funny, energetic and inquisitive sprogs called Ruaraidh and Lewis. Away from the camera I love nature, gardening, reading, board games, malt whisky, coffee and cheese.
And, most importantly, I absolutely love what I do. Photography is an amazing way to communicate with people, and I like being able to use my skills and knowledge to aid others. Whether that's being a friendly and reassuring presence on your wedding day, helping you get more out of your own camera through my workshops, or even the community work that I'm involved in on the side - for me it's all about helping others.
I also like to think I'm pretty good with people - if you're trying to take a photo of 100+ wedding guests you've got to have a certain knack for getting folk to follow instructions! It's hard to do my job if you're not a people person. So the first thing we'll do if you hit the wee 'Get in Touch' button below is arrange a coffee or a Zoom chat. I want to get to know you and for you to get to know me before you book. We might not click, and do you know what? That's fine. The most important thing is that you get the right photographer for your wedding. That might be me, but if it's not I'm happy to give you some names to try instead.
Once we've had a chat and you've told me your dream for your big day, I'll be able to work out a price for you. And from there it's your call!
